Warranty Terms
[Warranty period]
SumoLab model PCs and custom-made PCs are guaranteed for one year from the date of product arrival.
Outlet PCs have a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery.
For initial defects such as failure to start, the product will be returned within 7 days of arrival.
[Warranty details]
We will identify the cause of the failure and replace the part. *The part will be replaced with an equivalent part with the same specifications.
In the event of initial defects, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
Shipping costs during the warranty period will be borne by the sender.

[If not covered even within the warranty period]
[A] If you do not have all the items required to receive the warranty
[B] Malfunctions caused by static electricity
[C] When caused by a system upgrade (e.g. BIOS upgrade, OS upgrade from Windows 10 to 11)
[D] When the cause is the replacement or addition of parts from the configuration at the time of shipment.
[E] When using the device under heavy load such as mining
[F] When caused by computer virus infection
[G] If the product is damaged due to external impact such as dropping or improper handling.
[H] If a malfunction or symptom occurs due to incompatibility with an external device
[I] When the product is exposed to water or submerged in water
[ J ] When the cause is overclocking the CPU, graphics card, or memory.
[K] If the serial numbers of each part are different from when the product was shipped
[Procedure for receiving warranty]
1. Please check the cases where the product is not covered even if it is within the warranty period and make sure it is covered.
2. Make sure you are within the warranty period and that you have everything you need.
